September 24, 2021

BOULDER, Colo., September 24, 2021 — DELVE, the measurement-first advertising consultancy that empowers marketers with the intelligence of their own data, announced today that it has promoted COO Anton Lipkanou to President. In this newly-created role, Lipkanou will focus on assessing opportunities to improve processes, ensure a healthy P&L, and work with key leaders to set them up for success.

“Anton’s journey embodies DELVE’s culture of continuous learning and personal development,” said Greg Sobiech, DELVE Founder and CEO.  “Anton has proactively taken advantage of every opportunity DELVE has offered him over the past five years and has always worked hard, leaned into the unknown, and viewed every challenge as a chance to learn something new.”

Lipkanou joined DELVE as a Junior Analyst in 2016 and quickly ascended through the ranks of the company. He built DELVE’s Programmatic Display teams in Minsk and Boulder, initiated DELVE’s in-house creative team, and took on leadership of the Minsk office within his first two years. Upon moving to the U.S., Lipkanou created DELVE’s Data Engineering, Consulting, and Media Planning practices and assumed oversight of the Sales team.

“I’ve been part of DELVE’s journey since the beginning, and as President, I’m excited to help the company continue to grow,” said Lipkanou. “Over the past year, I’ve enjoyed becoming a resource that the team can tap for ideas and working closely with department directors. We have so much ahead of us, and I’m excited to DELVE deeper into the possibilities that lie ahead.”

“This promotion is, frankly, a formality,” said Sobiech. “Anton has been acting as President for much of this past year, and he has been working toward this role for the last five years. I am excited about where he will help take the company next.”
