Greg Sobiech is an analytics and online marketing leader with over 20 years experience working for consumer brands and leading a global digital media consultancy. Greg believes that efficiency and growth are driven by aligning people, process and technology while maintaining the human element in digital media. Greg spent the first decade of his career in paid media where he held multiple Director roles, including Director of Online Marketing for Bath & Body Works.
Greg spent the next decade founding and leading Delve, an international consultancy that provides data, media, and AdTech consulting services for eCommerce, Financial Services, Travel and Non-Profit brands. Under Greg’s CEO leadership, Delve has grown from $0 to over $40 million in revenue while achieving global status as a Top 25 Google Marketing Platform and Google Marketing Cloud partner, as well as Amazon certified partner. Greg’s obsession with customer value has resulted in delivering double-digit and even triple-digit ROAS and CPA gains for Delve’s global clients.
Greg is a lifelong learner and collaborator as he is actively involved in YPO and EO, while also sharing media best practices with thought leaders around the world.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and multiple Google certifications.
