DELVE Wins Two Honors at 2021 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards
BOULDER, Colo. — April 9, 2021 — DELVE, the measurement-first advertising consultancy that empowers marketers with the intelligence of their own data, announced today that they won two awards in the Web Marketing Association’s annual Internet Advertising Competition (IAC). The two honors—Best Of Show Online Campaign and Best Non-Profit Online Campaign—were awarded for the company’s work with UNICEF. This is the first time that DELVE has been recognized by the IAC.
The IAC Awards are designed to honor the individuals and organizations responsible for driving excellence in online advertising across 96 industries and a range of formats, including online ad, video, mobile, newsletter, email and social media. Winners were selected based on criteria such as creativity, innovation, impact, use of the medium and memorability.
“We’re passionate about helping brands achieve incremental marketing growth through the intelligence of their own data,” said Greg Sobiech, DELVE Founder and CEO. “When the team at UNICEF USA (the U.S. subsidiary of the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) came to us with a need to grow new donor acquisition and incremental digital revenue, our team couldn’t wait to lend our expertise for such a great cause.”
“To design the UNICEF experience, our creative team worked closely with UNICEF,” said David Willis, DELVE Creative Director. “The design concept needed to communicate in a clear, emotional way and drive to the desired behavior—donation. Using Google Creative Studio, Campaign Manager and Display & Video 360, we built and implemented a marketing system for high-value audience activation that delivered hard ROI. Our creative achieved a 10% increase in new donor acquisition, a 40% increase in site conversion rate, and a 200% increase in return on ad spend (ROAS).”
The Web Marketing Association (WMA) was founded in Boston in 1997 to help set a high standard for Internet marketing and corporate web development on the World Wide Web. The organization is made up of Internet marketing, advertising, PR and design professionals who share an interest in improving the quality of advertising, marketing and promotion used to attract visitors to corporate Web sites.
Recognizing the need for creative agencies to objectively demonstrate their ability to create outstanding online marketing materials, the IAC Awards give winning organizations the chance to set themselves apart in the highly competitive online advertising environment.
