Delve Deeper grows revenue 24% in 2024, adds CARE and 9 other non-profit clients

The agency’s proprietary Start, Stop, Continue process enables rapid growth for non-profits

Delve Deeper’s focus on helping non-profits and charities grow brought double-digit increases to the performance-media agency, with a 24% year-over-year rise in revenue. Delve Deeper’s results are driven by a series of strategic wins that underscore its approach to driving immediate performance media results while also prioritizing long-term brand building.

Delve Deeper’s 2024 wins include: a successful paid search pilot that turned into a full-fledged digital agency of record account for Care USA; a three-month partnership with the Salvation Army West that expanded into a relationship that now includes digital and performance media for the organization’s eastern territory; and, after four years of delivering strong performance-media results for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the humanitarian agency awarded Delve Deeper with a broadened scope of work—transitioning from a focus on paid search and programmatic media to an all-encompassing agency of record relationship that now includes performance paid social, creative, and brand-media services.

Additional new clients include Livestrong, Greater Good Charities, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Rescue Committee, Sesame Workshop, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Delve Deeper’s upward trajectory is set to continue in 2025, even as industry trends illustrate a “revenue up, dollars down” trend amid a contracting base of new donors.
