Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, I am responsible for the financial health of the organization. That includes revenue forecasting, budgeting, target setting, cash flow projections and any financial analysis that will lead to better decision making.

Unexpected fact: I am currently learning American Sign Language (ASL) on a weekly basis. While still in the beginner stage, there are some children’s books that I can translate proficiently!

Chief Client Officer

As Chief Client Officer, my job is to make sure our clients win. I do that by leading the client management team to be ingrained in each client’s business and goals, and guide the Delve team to turn strategies into work that exceeds expectations.

I’m the voice of the client inside the company, making sure we’re always solving the right problems and delivering on our promises.

When our clients win, we win—and it’s not only rewarding, it’s fun.

As Chief Delivery Officer, I challenge how we get work done – what should be scaled, what should be simplified, and what should no longer exist. My role is to ensure our delivery model evolves as fast as our clients do, combining human ingenuity and AI to drive better, faster outcomes.

Unexpected fact: I’m naturally wired for structure, but I’ve learned that the best outcomes often come from challenging it.
