Niniejszym informujemy, że przetwarzamy Państwa dane osobowe zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE („RODO”). Szczegóły zamieszczamy poniżej.

Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest DELVE Partners Sp. z o.o., pl. Władysława Andersa 7, 61-894 Poznań („Administrator”).

Administrator powołał Inspektora Ochrony Danych („IOD”), z którym mogą Państwo kontaktować się we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych pocztą elektroniczną pod adresem e-mail iod@bsiw.legal lub pocztą tradycyjną. Przetwarzamy między innymi następujące rodzaje danych osobowych: imię (imiona) i nazwisko, data urodzenia, wskazane przez Państwa dane kontaktowe, w tym numer telefonu, adres poczty elektronicznej, obywatelstwo, wykształcenie, data urodzenia, miejsce urodzenia, kwalifikacje zawodowe, przebieg dotychczasowego zatrudnienia, znajdujące się w życiorysie (CV) i liście motywacyjnym oraz udostępnione w trakcie rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej bądź w związku z przeprowadzeniem testów kwalifikacyjnych lub sprawdzających.

Państwa dane osobowe zbieramy bezpośrednio od Państwa w momencie złożenia aplikacji na dane stanowisko; z publicznie dostępnych źródeł takich, jak LinkedIN, Goldenline czy platformy rekrutacyjne.

Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu: przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie uprawnienia wynikającego z art. 22¹ kodeksu pracy, w zakresie: imienia i nazwiska, daty urodzenia, danych kontaktowych, wykształcenia, kwalifikacji zawodowych   i   przebiegu   dotychczasowego zatrudnienia.  Podstawą  przetwarzania  wyżej wymienionych danych osobowych jest wykonanie obowiązku nałożonego przepisami prawa (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO),

• przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie Państwa zgody na przetwarzanie Państwa danych osobowych, tj. danych osobowych innych niż wskazane w punkcie powyżej, przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ta zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO),
• realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora w zakresie danych pozyskanych od Państwa w trakcie procesu rekrutacji w związku ze sprawdzeniem Państwa umiejętności i zdolności potrzebnych do pracy na określonym w ogłoszeniu stanowisku. Podstawą przetwarzania tych danych jest nasz uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO),
• realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów, wykazania wykonania obowiązków dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami, jeżeli roszczenia dotyczą prowadzonej przez nas rekrutacji, w postępowaniu przed sądami lub organami państwowymi oraz w celu możliwości udzielania odpowiedzi na pisma, wnioski i żądania (podstawa z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO),
• w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, na podstawie Państwa zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach.  Podstawą  przetwarzania jest ta zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO),
• w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych przez podmioty współpracujące z nami, na podstawie Państwa zgody na przekazanie Państwa danych osobowych takim podmiotom. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ta zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO),
• w przypadku, gdyby przetwarzanie Państwa danych osobowych miało nastąpić w innym celu niż wskazane powyżej, każdorazowo odbywać się będzie po uprzednim uzyskaniu Państwa zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, w zakresie i w celu wskazanym w tej zgodzie (podstawa z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO).

Państwa dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane: upoważnionym pracownikom i współpracownikom administratora danych, współpracującym z nami podmiotom – w szczególności dostawcom systemów informatycznych i usług IT oraz dostawcom usług zaopatrującym Administratora w rozwiązania techniczne, informatyczne oraz organizacyjne, umożliwiające Administratorowi prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej, podmiotom świadczącym usługi i dostarczającym narzędzia z zakresu obsługi procesu rekrutacji, w tym agencjom rekrutacyjnym, dostawcom usług księgowych, prawnych i doradczych, zapewniających Administratorowi wsparcie księgowe, prawne lub doradcze – na zasadzie zleconych usług, przy czym takie podmioty przetwarzają dane osobowe zgodnie z zawartymi umowami powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych i wyłącznie zgodnie z naszymi poleceniami, podmiotom upoważnionym do tego na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, współpracującym z nami podmiotom – w celu przeprowadzenia przez nie przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych jeżeli wyraziliście Państwo zgodę na przekazanie Państwa danych osobowych takim podmiotom.

Przekazanie danych osobowych do państw trzecich lub organizacji międzynarodowych. Państwa dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane do państw trzecich lub organizacji międzynarodowych poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym. Dane mogą zostać przekazane na przykład podmiotom z grupy Google.

Przekazywanie do innych podmiotów będzie się odbywało jedynie, gdy zapewnią one odpowiednie zabezpieczenia i pod warunkiem, że będą zapewnione skuteczne środki ochrony prawnej danych.

Przetwarzanie danych osobowych automatycznie (w tym poprzez profilowanie). Państwa dane osobowe nie będą wykorzystywane do podejmowania zautomatyzowanych decyzji, w tym profilowania.

Okres przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest uzależniony od celu w jakim dane są przetwarzane:

• dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO, będą przetwarzane przez okres do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji,
• dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie wyrażonej przez Państwa zgody, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO), będą przetwarzane do czasu wycofania zgody lub przez okres do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji,
• dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora w zakresie danych pozyskanych od Państwa w trakcie procesu rekrutacji w związku ze sprawdzeniem Państwa umiejętności i zdolności potrzebnych do pracy na określonym w ogłoszeniu stanowisku, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO), będa przetwarzane do czasu wycofania zgody lub przez okres do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji,

• dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów, wykazania wykonania obowiązków dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami, jeżeli roszczenia dotyczą prowadzonej przez nas rekrutacji, w postępowaniu przed sądami lub organami państwowymi oraz w celu możliwości udzielania odpowiedzi na pisma, wnioski i żądania, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO), będą przetwarzane przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń wynikających z przepisów prawa, a także przez czas, w którym przepisy nakazują nam przechowywać dane,w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, na podstawie Państwa zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit.

  a) RODO), będą przetwarzane do czasu wycofania zgody, nie dłużej niż przez okres jednego roku od dnia wyrażenia zgody.

• w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych przez podmioty współpracujące z nami, na podstawie Państwa zgody na przekazanie Państwa danych osobowych takim podmiotom, będą przetwarzane do czasu wycofania zgody, nie dłużej niż przez okres jednego roku od dnia wyrażenia zgody.

Przysługuje Państwu prawo do: dostępu do treści swoich danych, żądania usunięcia danych lub ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, w przypadkach przewidzianych prawem, uzyskania kopii swoich danych, przeniesienia danych osobowych, wycofania w dowolnym momencie zgody na przetwarzanie danych, wniesienia w dowolnym momencie sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych, w zakresie w jakim podstawą przetwarzania danych osobowych jest nasz prawnie usprawiedliwiony interes, w tym ze względu na Państwa szczególną sytuację, wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, gdy uznają Państwo, że podczas przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych naruszyliśmy przepisy RODO.

W przypadku gdy macie Państwo zastrzeżenia co do sposobu, w jaki przetwarzamy Państwa dane, prosimy w pierwszej kolejności o kontakt z nami elektronicznie poprzez adres e-mail: iod@bsiw.legal lub pod adresem pocztowym naszej siedziby wskazanym powyżej.

Państwa dane osobowe wskazane w kodeksie pracy lub w innych ustawach szczegółowych (według wymogów ogłoszenia), są przetwarzane w oparciu o przepisy prawa i ich podanie jest konieczne do wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji. Pozostałe dane osobowe są przetwarzane na podstawie dobrowolnej zgody, a ich podanie lub odmowa podania nie ma wpływu na możliwość udziału w rekrutacji. Mają Państwo prawo do cofnięcia wyrażonej zgody w dowolnym momencie.

Wycofanie zgody nie ma wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania Państwa danych, którego dokonano na podstawie udzielonej zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

We hereby inform you that we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). Details are provided below.

The data controller of your personal data is DELVE Partners Sp. z o.o., pl. Władysława Andersa 7, 61-894 Poznań (“Administrator”). The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”), with whom you can contact in all matters regarding the processing of your personal data by e-mail at the e-mail address iod@bsiw.legal or by post.

We process, among other things, the following types of personal data: first name(s), date of birth, contact details indicated by you, including telephone number, e-mail address, citizenship, education, date of birth, place of birth, professional qualifications, course of previous employment, included in the curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter and made available during the interview or in connection with the conduct of qualification tests, or Proofing.

We collect your personal data directly from you at the time of submitting your application for a given
position; from publicly available sources such as LinkedIN, Goldenline or recruitment platforms.
Your personal data will be processed in order to: carry out the recruitment process, based on the right resulting from Article 221 of the Labor Code, in the scope of: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment. The basis for the processing of the above-mentioned personal data is the performance of an obligation imposed by law (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),

• conduct the recruitment process, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than those indicated in the point above, provided in the CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
• implementation of the legitimate interest of the administrator in the scope of data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with the verification of your skills and abilities needed to work on the position specified in the advertisement. The basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
• implementation of the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, demonstrate the performance of the obligations to investigate or defend against claims, if the claims relate to our recruitment, in proceedings before courts or state authorities and in order to be able to respond to letters, requests and requests (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
• in order to carry out future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of personal data provided in the CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
• in order to carry out future recruitment processes by entities cooperating with us, on the basis of your consent to the transfer of your personal data to such entities. The basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
• in the event that the processing of your personal data was to take place for a purpose other than those indicated above, each time it will take place after obtaining your consent to the processing of personal data, to the extent and for the purpose indicated in this consent (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

Your personal data may be transferred to: authorized employees and associates of the data administrator, entities cooperating with us – in particular suppliers of IT systems and IT services and service providers supplying the Administrator with technical, IT and organizational solutions, enabling the Administrator to conduct business activity, entities providing services and providing tools in the field of recruitment process, including agencies recruitment, providers of accounting, legal and advisory services, providing the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support – on the basis of commissioned services, where such entities process personal data in accordance with concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data and only in accordance with our instructions, entities authorized to do so on the basis of generally applicable law, entities cooperating with us – in order to carry out by them future recruitment processes if you have agreed to the transfer of your personal data to such entities.

Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area. For example, data may be transferred to entities within the Google group.

Transfers to other entities will only take place if they provide adequate safeguards and provided that effective legal remedies are provided.

Processing of personal data automatically (including through profiling) Your personal data will not be used to make automated decisions, including profiling. The period of processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed:

• personal data processed in order to carry out the recruitment process, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, will be processed for up to 3 months from the end of the recruitment process,
• personal data processed in order to carry out the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of up to 3 months from the end of the recruitment process,
• personal data processed in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in the scope of data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with checking your skills and abilities needed to work on the position specified in the advertisement, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of up to 3 months from the end of the recruitment process,
• personal data processed in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, demonstrate the performance of obligations to investigate or defend against claims, if the claims relate to our recruitment, in proceedings before courts or state authorities and in order to be able to respond to letters, requests and requests, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), will be processed for the period of limitation of claims arising from the law, as well as for the time in which the regulations require us to store data,
• in order to carry out future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in the CV, form, cover letter and other documents, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, no longer than for a period of one year from the date of consent.
• in order to carry out future recruitment processes by entities cooperating with us, on the basis of your consent to the transfer of your personal data to such entities, will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, no longer than for a period of one year from the date of consent.

You have the right to: access to the content of your data, request rectification of data, delete data or limit their processing, in cases provided for by law, obtain a copy of your data, transfer personal data, withdraw consent to data processing at any time, object to the processing of your personal data at any time, to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is our legally justified interest, including due to your particular situation, lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, when you consider that during the processing of your personal data we have violated the provisions of the GDPR.

If you have any objections to the way we process your data, please first contact us electronically via e-mail address: iod@bsiw.legal or at the postal address of our registered office indicated above.

Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement), are processed on the basis of legal provisions and their provision is necessary to take part in the recruitment. Other personal data are processed on the basis of voluntary consent, and their provision or refusal to provide them does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
