What are your job responsibilities?
As a senior designer here at DELVE, I am responsible for concepting and designing all company and client-related design projects and making sure those designs align with their marketing strategy goals.
How long have you been at DELVE?
Since March 2020.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
It varies day-to-day. On some days, I’ll be developing a banner ad concept, helping to create a deck or e-guide, and even coming up with copy. But no matter what, my daily work always centers around maintaining a cohesive brand, whether for a client or for DELVE.
What is the best part of your job?
This is going to sound cheesy, but the best part of my job is working with mycoworkers at DELVE. Everyone is very passionate about what they do and brings a unique perspective to the projects they work on. It is very inspiring to be around and helps keep me energized.
How do you stay connected with teammates even when working remotely?
Slack! It’s been such an important tool to stay connected.
What are you excited about, work-wise, in 2021?
I am excited to see what new clients and marketing initiatives I get to be a part of this year. There is no such thing as “typical client” at DELVE. My creativity is always kept on its toes, which keeps things fun and interesting.
What are some characteristics of people who do well at DELVE?
I would say you have to be agile, passionate, and have the mindset of an entrepreneur to do very well here.
My favorite tech tool is…
Photoshop. It’s where the magic happens.
Outside of work, you can find me…
Either in the garden, or in my studio, sculpting, painting, and creating functional art.

When I was in high school, I had my art in an exhibit at the MOMA.
