Head of People and Culture
BOULDER, Colo., April 16, 2021 — DELVE, the measurement-first advertising consultancy that empowers marketers with the intelligence of their own data, announced today that Karen Kralios has joined the company as Head of People and Culture. In her new role, Kralios will be responsible for building and scaling the global DELVE team as well as developing people processes for the rapidly growing company.

Kralios has 20 years’ experience in People Operations for global organizations including Level 3 Communications, Staples and Accenture. Her most recent position was Organization, Culture and Talent Strategy Practice Leader for Execution Specialist Group (ESG), where she specialized in post M&A integration and Executive Advisory Services.

Kralios earned an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. She will work from the Boulder office.
